Job Summary
Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Sales Development Advisor will engage in outbound sales calls to generate interest in insurance products, triage inquiries to licensed agents, and work remotely while meeting monthly performance goals.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound dialing to sales prospects, making upwards of 800 calls daily
- Handle and overcome sales objections to successfully transfer potential customers to licensed agents
- Achieve specified monthly goals for transfer rates and contact-to-transfer conversions
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telesales or sales environment
- Preferred experience in a high-volume metrics or commission-driven role
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
- Access to a quiet, dedicated work environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection
