Sales Development Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to sales prospects, generating interest in insurance products, with a target of 800 calls daily
• Handle and overcome sales objections to successfully transfer potential customers to licensed insurance agents
• Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and contact-to-transfer metrics to enhance sales conversion

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a telesales or sales environment
• Preferred experience in a high-volume metrics or commission-driven role
• Must have a hardwired high-speed internet connection with specified minimum speeds
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or irregular schedules is highly preferable
