Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to sales prospects, generating interest in the company's products, with a target of up to 800 calls daily
  • Handle and overcome sales objections to successfully transfer potential customers to licensed insurance agents
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and contact-to-transfer metrics to enhance sales agent conversion
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • At least 1 year of experience in a telesales or sales environment is required
  • Preferred experience in a high-volume metrics or commission-driven role with proven success
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or irregular schedules is highly preferable
  • Must have a hardwired high-speed internet connection with a minimum download and upload speed of 20mbps
