Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to sales prospects, generating interest in the company's products, with a target of up to 800 calls daily
- Handle and overcome sales objections to successfully transfer potential customers to licensed insurance agents
- Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and contact-to-transfer metrics to enhance sales agent conversion
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- At least 1 year of experience in a telesales or sales environment is required
- Preferred experience in a high-volume metrics or commission-driven role with proven success
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or irregular schedules is highly preferable
- Must have a hardwired high-speed internet connection with a minimum download and upload speed of 20mbps
