Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Sales Development Advisor will engage in outbound dialing to generate interest in insurance products, triage consumer inquiries, and facilitate connections to licensed agents while achieving monthly transfer goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to sales prospects, making upwards of 800 calls daily
  • Handle and overcome sales objections to successfully transfer potential customers to licensed agents
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and contact-to-transfer metrics
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telesales or sales environment
  • Preferred experience in a high-volume metrics or commission-driven role
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
  • Proficiency with technology, including computers and phone systems
