Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Sales Development Advisor will handle outbound sales calls to generate interest in insurance products, triage consumer inquiries to licensed agents, and meet monthly transfer goals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound dialing to sales prospects, making upwards of 800 calls daily
- Overcome sales objections and transfer potential customers to licensed insurance agents
- Achieve specified monthly goals for transfer rates and contact-to-transfer conversions
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a telesales or sales environment
- Experience in a high-volume metrics or commission-driven role is preferred
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or irregular schedules
- Proficiency with technology, including computers and phone systems
