Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Sales Development Advisor will engage in outbound dialing to generate interest in insurance products, handle sales objections, and facilitate customer transfers to licensed agents while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to sales prospects, averaging 800 calls daily
  • Manage and overcome sales objections to successfully transfer potential customers to licensed agents
  • Achieve monthly goals for transfer rates and contact-to-transfer metrics to enhance sales conversion
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telesales or sales environment
  • Preferred experience in a high-volume metrics or commission-driven role
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
  • Access to a high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
