Job Summary
Focused on generating interest in insurance products, the full-time Sales Development Advisor will make upwards of 800 outbound calls daily, handle sales objections, and transfer potential customers to licensed agents in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound dialing to sales prospects to generate interest in SelectQuote's products
- Overcome sales objections and stalls to successfully transfer leads to licensed insurance agents
- Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and contact-to-transfer metrics
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telesales or sales environment
- Preferred experience in a high-volume metrics or commission-driven role
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
- Proven proficiency with technology and computer systems
