Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Sales Development Advisor will handle outbound sales calls to generate interest in insurance products, triage consumer inquiries to licensed agents, and meet monthly transfer goals while participating in a structured training program.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound dialing to sales prospects, making upwards of 800 calls daily
  • Overcome sales objections to effectively transfer potential customers to licensed agents
  • Achieve specified monthly goals for transfer rates and contact-to-transfer metrics
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telesales or sales environment
  • Experience in a high-volume metrics or commission-driven role is preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
  • Proficient with technology, including computers and multiple software applications
