Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Agent (Entry-level).

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify target accounts and key contacts using various online resources
• Conduct outbound outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support outreach campaigns and gather market insights

Required Qualifications

• No degree required; entry-level applicants are welcome
• 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar customer-facing role
• Experience with outbound prospecting and early-stage sales engagement preferred
• Familiarity with sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a proactive approach to prospecting
