Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Agent (Entry-level).

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify target accounts and key contacts for outreach
• Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations with decision-makers
• Maintain prospecting activity and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives

Required Qualifications and Education

• No degree required; entry-level applicants welcome
• 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role
• Experience with outbound prospecting preferred
• Familiarity with sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a proactive approach to sales support
