Job Summary
Owning the outcomes and inspection of an AI-first prospecting program, the full-time Sales Development AI Program Manager will manage metric design, measurement, reporting, governance, and change management while collaborating with various teams to enhance program performance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Programs pillar, including metric design, measurement, reporting, and change management
- Co-run executive cadences and risk oversight, providing regular updates on program health and pipeline pacing
- Drive prioritization and alignment through regular feedback sessions with Sales Development and Sales leaders
Required qualifications
- AI fluency and experience using AI tools in daily workflows
- Background in program or GTM strategy at a hyper-growth company or ownership of sales development/prospecting programs
- Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity instincts
- Strong technical depth, including SQL and familiarity with data tools like Databricks SQL
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and a "get it done" attitude towards operational execution
