Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development and Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview and hire new sales candidates
  • Complete onboarding and training for new hires and provide ongoing training for the sales team
  • Manage sales team performance and provide coaching and support throughout the sales cycle


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Six years of sales, sales training, or sales management experience
  • Financial services background preferred
  • Direct sales experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
