Sales Development Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Sales Development Associate will guide new users through Campaign Monitor's onboarding process, conduct outreach to marketing agencies, and collaborate with team members to enhance user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist prospects and new users in activating their accounts and launching their first campaigns on Campaign Monitor
• Engage in outbound outreach to marketing agencies to promote Campaign Monitor as a marketing solution
• Maintain accurate CRM records and participate in training sessions to develop prospecting skills

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed within the past year
• No prior sales experience required, as training will be provided
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity about business marketing and a willingness to ask questions
• Organizational skills to manage a high volume of daily outreach activities
