Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Development to lead and motivate their Sales Development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing talent through coaching and mentorship
  • Manage and analyze the performance of the Sales Development organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Collaborate with leadership across various departments to develop data-driven strategies for execution and planning


Required Qualifications
  • 4 years of SDR/sales experience, preferably within SaaS
  • 2 years of experience leading an SDR team of 10+, with global responsibility preferred
  • Proven track record of scaling and managing SDR teams to achieve pipeline generation objectives
  • Experience defining processes and building playbooks in a fast-growing company
  • Expertise in CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach)
