Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Development to lead and scale its Sales Development organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing SDR organization across inbound and outbound
  • Build and run the operating system for the team, focusing on forecasting accuracy and performance management
  • Implement and optimize tools and workflows to enhance team efficiency and decision-making


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing SDR or inside sales teams in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of scaling teams and building operating rhythms and KPIs
  • Deep knowledge of SDR playbooks, including targeting, messaging, and data-driven decisions
  • Fluency with modern revenue tools such as Salesforce and Outreach
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams
