Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with external SDR vendors to ensure high-quality pipeline generation
- Design and refine the SDR operating system, including lead routing and reporting
- Train and enable internal sales teams on outbound prospecting best practices
Required Qualifications
- Proven success as a high-performing SDR or BDR
- Experience managing SDR teams or training programs
- Familiarity with outbound engines in digital advertising or B2B domains
- Deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM and sales engagement tools
- Strong ability to create effective training content and coaching frameworks
