Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with external SDR vendors to ensure high-quality pipeline generation
  • Design and refine the SDR operating system, including lead routing and reporting
  • Train and enable internal sales teams on outbound prospecting best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Proven success as a high-performing SDR or BDR
  • Experience managing SDR teams or training programs

  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Strong ability to create effective training content and coaching frameworks
