Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Development responsible for leading and growing the Sales Development and Inside Sales team to generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales targets and KPIs to achieve revenue goals
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the Sales Development team
  • Plan and execute marketing events and programs in collaboration with the Marketing team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of experience in media sales at an enterprise level
  • 5+ years of business-to-business sales management experience with a proven track record
  • 5+ years of experience in the media sales industry
  • Experience building and leading a business development and Inside Sales team
  • In-depth knowledge of media industry sales processes
