Job Summary
As the full-time Director of Sales Development, the successful candidate will set strategy and targets for the sales development organization, build and develop leadership within the team, and ensure alignment with Marketing and Sales while managing capacity and forecasting in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the sales development function by setting strategy, targets, and operating models
- Build and develop managers and team leads to strengthen the sales pipeline
- Plan and manage capacity to ensure pipeline growth aligns with company goals
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in sales development, with at least two years managing multi-team functions
- Experience scaling sales development teams that consistently meet pipeline targets
- Fluency in funnel economics, including pipeline creation and conversion rates
- Proven ability to develop management talent within the sales organization
- Comfort in collaborating with executives and owning revenue-related metrics
