Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development (Lead) to lead and scale their growing SDR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of SDRs while planning for continued headcount growth

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in sales or business development, including 1-2 years in a management role

  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting to technical and enterprise personas
  • Skilled in sales metrics, CRM/reporting tools, and modern outreach techniques
