Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify outbound prospects and generate interest to move forward
  • Prospect into target accounts and collaborate with sales and marketing to build engagement
  • Own the pipeline, set meetings, and ensure detailed handoffs to the sales team
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in enterprise SaaS with a track record of quota attainment
  • Experience in selling to or prospecting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Desire to coach and help others improve in addition to personal sales success
  • Strong command of the modern SDR tech stack, including Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Natural organizer with strong prioritization skills
