Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify outbound prospects and generate interest to move forward
- Prospect into target accounts and collaborate with sales and marketing to build engagement
- Own the pipeline, set meetings, and ensure detailed handoffs to the sales team
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in enterprise SaaS with a track record of quota attainment
- Experience in selling to or prospecting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Desire to coach and help others improve in addition to personal sales success
- Strong command of the modern SDR tech stack, including Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Natural organizer with strong prioritization skills
