Job Summary

Leading the global pipeline engine, the remote Head of Worldwide Sales Development will build, scale, and optimize a high-performing Sales Development Representative organization across multiple regions while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to drive qualified pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of SDRs and SDR Managers across regions
  • Own the global outbound pipeline strategy, designing multi-channel outbound motions tailored to target segments
  • Build and maintain SDR playbooks and establish KPIs to optimize performance and reporting
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales development or inside sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing SDR or BDR teams
  • Proven track record building and scaling outbound pipeline at a high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company
  • Deep understanding of enterprise cloud security or adjacent markets strongly preferred
  • Experience hiring and managing multi-regional teams
  • Data-driven mindset with fluency in pipeline metrics and SDR performance benchmarks
