Job Summary
To build and lead a world-class sales development organization, the full-time Head of Sales Development will own the entire sales development function, including strategy, hiring, and process optimization, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the sales development function, including strategy, hiring, and performance metrics
- Build and coach a high-performing team focused on outbound and inbound pipeline generation
- Collaborate with the CRO and Marketing on pipeline targets, forecasting, and campaign strategies
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B sales development or similar roles, with at least 2 years in a management position
- Proven experience in building or significantly scaling a pipeline generation function
- Strong understanding of outbound strategy and prospecting methodologies
- Experience in hiring and developing early-career sales talent
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
