Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Development to oversee a team focused on top-of-funnel growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategy for the Global SDR organization, managing a team
  • Exceed monthly First Time Presentation (FTP) and opportunity quotas
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and qualify leads

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales experience, including 1 year in an SDR/BDR role at a SaaS company
  • Experience managing a metrics-driven team preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Working experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
