Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategy for the Global SDR organization, managing a team
- Exceed monthly First Time Presentation (FTP) and opportunity quotas
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and qualify leads
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience, including 1 year in an SDR/BDR role at a SaaS company
- Experience managing a metrics-driven team preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Working experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
