Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the SDR team, including inbound and outbound functions
- Develop and execute pipeline strategies for the Higher Education market
- Coach, mentor, and support the career growth of SDRs while driving high-quality pipeline generation
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software/SaaS sales with a strong performance track record
- Experience managing or supporting both inbound and outbound SDR functions
- Familiarity with Higher Education sales or go-to-market strategies is preferred
- Passion for coaching and mentoring emerging talent
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with senior stakeholders
