Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Development to lead their Sales Development Representatives team focused on the Higher Education market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the SDR team, including inbound and outbound functions
  • Develop and execute pipeline strategies for the Higher Education market
  • Coach, mentor, and support the career growth of SDRs while driving high-quality pipeline generation
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in software/SaaS sales with a strong performance track record
  • Experience managing or supporting both inbound and outbound SDR functions
  • Familiarity with Higher Education sales or go-to-market strategies is preferred
  • Passion for coaching and mentoring emerging talent
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with senior stakeholders
