Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales development management experience leading an outbound team, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, hypergrowth environment
- Proven experience in developing high-performing Account Development teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for prioritizing improvements
- Familiarity with systems such as SalesLoft, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator
