Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the SDR team to create a pipeline of qualified business opportunities
  • Manage inbound lead workflow and develop effective outbound strategies for prospecting new clients
  • Recruit, hire, coach, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives
Required Qualifications
  • 1-5 years of experience leading high-performing sales development teams
  • Strong understanding of sales development best practices and pipeline management
  • Willingness to travel to conferences and industry events as necessary (less than 10%)
  • Experience in K12 EdTech is a plus but not required
