Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the inbound and Mid-Market floater team of Sales Development Representatives
• Collaborate with Marketing and Senior Sales Directors to achieve meeting objectives
• Onboard and train new Sales Development Representatives while overseeing day-to-day operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 years of experience within sales or sales development
• Experience with training and onboarding
• Proficiency in various CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be located in Buffalo, New York
