Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business pipeline growth
• Identify, hire, and mentor top talent to develop sales skills and career opportunities
• Standardize best practices for prospect qualification, sales hand-over, and lead management

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales development or business development, preferably in cybersecurity or technology
• Prior team leadership experience (1+ years) with SDR/BDR teams
• Familiarity with outbound and inbound business development tactics and KPIs
• Experience with CRM and Sales systems (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team sales targets and KPIs
