Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide the SDR team to achieve and exceed monthly quotas and defined objectives
  • Engage and coach team members on prospecting and soft skills to identify more opportunities
  • Establish and manage processes for tracking performance metrics and optimizing team performance
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an SDR with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in creating sales development processes, including prospecting strategies and onboarding programs
  • Strong reporting and analytics skills using Salesforce CRM and other relevant tools
  • Experience managing a geographically dispersed SDR team
  • Ability to synthesize and pitch SaaS products effectively
