Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the SDR team to achieve and exceed monthly quotas and defined objectives
- Engage and coach team members on prospecting and soft skills to identify more opportunities
- Establish and manage processes for tracking performance metrics and optimizing team performance
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as an SDR with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in a SaaS environment
- Experience in creating sales development processes, including prospecting strategies and onboarding programs
- Strong reporting and analytics skills using Salesforce CRM and other relevant tools
- Experience managing a geographically dispersed SDR team
- Ability to synthesize and pitch SaaS products effectively
