Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Sales Development (SDR's).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives, providing tools and coaching for success
- Develop and implement new prospecting initiatives to increase deal sizes and drive revenue
- Shape the strategy for the Sales Development team, including recruitment, onboarding, and training
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a management role for SDRs/BDRs
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales and sales management
- Proven experience in prospecting across various market segments
- Experience in growing SDR teams is advantageous
