Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Sales Development (SDR's).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives, providing tools and coaching for success
  • Develop and implement new prospecting initiatives to increase deal sizes and drive revenue
  • Shape the strategy for the Sales Development team, including recruitment, onboarding, and training
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a management role for SDRs/BDRs
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales and sales management
  • Proven experience in prospecting across various market segments
  • Experience in growing SDR teams is advantageous
