Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager for the Mid Market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
  • Set performance expectations and build scalable sales development playbooks and processes
  • Analyze team performance and pipeline health, partnering with sales, marketing, and operations for optimization


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or sales leadership, preferably in SDR or pipeline-focused roles
  • Proven success in leading or scaling SDR teams in fast-paced environments
  • Experience designing and implementing sales development strategies and frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to use data analytics for performance improvement
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools preferred
