Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Sales Development (EMEA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of BDRs, focusing on inbound lead qualification and outbound opportunity generation
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation tactics and improve conversion rates
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of BDRs, preferably in Cybersecurity or related fields
  • Experience with funnel management across multiple channels, including inbound and outbound
  • Hands-on experience in onboarding and developing sales teams
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, including CRM platforms
  • Proven ability to recruit, hire, and train new team members effectively
