Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Sales Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve performance metrics
- Design and implement lead generation strategies targeting District and School Administrators
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales processes and monitor territory performance for growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of sales experience or 1+ years of SDR management with a proven coaching track record
- Experience in meeting goals and holding team members accountable to success metrics
- Strong ability to develop and execute lead generation strategies
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools, including experience with Gong and Salesloft
