Job Summary

A company is looking for a SDR Manager to build, coach, and scale a high-performing Sales Development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives to exceed pipeline and activity goals
  • Own SDR performance management, including hiring, onboarding, training, and career development
  • Establish KPIs and accountability frameworks to drive outbound and inbound prospecting excellence
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales development or inside sales, with 1-2 years in a management role
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing SDR teams in a quota-driven environment
  • Strong coaching and feedback skills to motivate early-career sales talent
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and comfort using metrics for strategy and performance improvement
  • Bachelor's degree is required
