Sales Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business pipeline growth
• Identify, hire, and mentor top talent to develop their sales skills
• Establish and optimize standards for lead routing, scoring, and messaging quality

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or business development role, preferably in cybersecurity or technology
• Prior team leadership experience (1+ years) leading SDR/BDR teams
• Familiarity with inbound and outbound business development tactics and KPIs
• Experience with CRM and Sales systems (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo)
• Knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, especially ransomware threats, is a plus
