Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead and scale a team of SDRs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 11 SDRs, driving accountability and performance
  • Own pipeline generation metrics and daily activity tracking
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns and improve conversion
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in English required
  • 2-5+ years in SDR/BDR or Inside Sales
  • 2-3+ years managing SDR teams
  • Proven success driving outbound pipeline
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
