Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead and scale a team of SDRs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 11 SDRs, driving accountability and performance
- Own pipeline generation metrics and daily activity tracking
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns and improve conversion
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English required
- 2-5+ years in SDR/BDR or Inside Sales
- 2-3+ years managing SDR teams
- Proven success driving outbound pipeline
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
