Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor team activity to ensure prospect standards are met and goals are achieved
• Provide training and coaching on products and processes to the SDR team
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders to establish prospecting plans for new business

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience in a similar role
• Experience leading a sales team with successful quota attainment
• 3 years of SaaS sales experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• In-depth industry and product knowledge
