Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Sales Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales Development and Tier D account motions, ensuring accountability and focus across teams
  • Oversee the execution of inbound and outbound SDR activities, prioritizing high-value opportunities
  • Manage the Gong strategy and performance metrics for outbound engagement and SDR effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or revenue operations
  • At least 2 years of experience managing SDRs, BDRs, or inside sales teams
  • Experience in driving pipeline quality and revenue outcomes
  • Strong understanding of modern B2B buying dynamics and multi-stakeholder deals
