Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales Development and Tier D account motions, ensuring accountability and focus across teams
- Oversee the execution of inbound and outbound SDR activities, prioritizing high-value opportunities
- Manage the Gong strategy and performance metrics for outbound engagement and SDR effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or revenue operations
- At least 2 years of experience managing SDRs, BDRs, or inside sales teams
- Experience in driving pipeline quality and revenue outcomes
- Strong understanding of modern B2B buying dynamics and multi-stakeholder deals
