Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and mentor a growing SDR team while driving scalable processes
- Oversee lead generation activities including outbound prospecting and events
- Develop and implement new strategies to effectively reach target audiences
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience as an SDR, with subsequent success in a sales role (Account Executive or Account Manager)
- Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to optimize sales strategies
- Experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle using a CRM system
- Background in selling SaaS solutions to mid-market or enterprise companies
