Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, manage, and mentor a growing SDR team while driving scalable processes
  • Oversee lead generation activities including outbound prospecting and events
  • Develop and implement new strategies to effectively reach target audiences
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1+ year of experience as an SDR, with subsequent success in a sales role (Account Executive or Account Manager)
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to optimize sales strategies
  • Experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle using a CRM system
  • Background in selling SaaS solutions to mid-market or enterprise companies
