Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and standardize sales processes to guide reps from onboarding to consistent production
• Develop and coach sales reps through ongoing training and one-on-one support
• Drive client retention by strengthening relationships and monitoring key metrics

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• GED/High School diploma required
• At least 5 years of door-to-door sales experience
• Proficient in coaching, training, and performance management
• Must pass a criminal background check
