Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Sales Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of BDRs for inbound lead qualification and outbound opportunity generation
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead generation tactics and improve conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of BDRs, preferably in Cybersecurity or related fields
- Experience with funnel management across multiple channels (inbound and outbound)
- Hands-on experience in onboarding and developing sales teams
- Proficiency with sales and marketing tools, including CRM platforms
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
