Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Sales Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of BDRs for inbound lead qualification and outbound opportunity generation
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead generation tactics and improve conversion rates
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of BDRs, preferably in Cybersecurity or related fields
  • Experience with funnel management across multiple channels (inbound and outbound)
  • Hands-on experience in onboarding and developing sales teams
  • Proficiency with sales and marketing tools, including CRM platforms
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
