Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop high-performing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive pipeline creation
- Translate strategic goals into daily execution and enforce standards for SDR performance
- Analyze performance metrics to improve execution quality and scale consistent SDR practices
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing and coaching Sales Development or inside sales teams
- Proven ability to drive pipeline through disciplined execution and accountability
- Strong coaching skills focused on call quality, messaging, and conversion performance
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing dashboards and funnel performance
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations
