Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and guidance to SDRs on pipeline generation strategies
  • Oversee pipeline health and manage lead distribution for opportunity generation
  • Develop and refine outbound messaging that aligns with the ideal customer profile
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a Sales Development role within a B2B SaaS environment, with at least 18+ months in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of coaching SDRs and leading training sessions
  • Experience managing a large pipeline and analyzing metrics for opportunity prioritization
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales strategies and conversion processes
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
