Job Summary

Sales Development Manager, responsible for full-time sales development through research, prospecting, and lead generation, while mentoring and leading a team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the escalation point for the Inbound SDR team and facilitate decision-making
  • Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and lead team meetings for effective communication
  • Provide mentorship, conduct performance reviews, and ensure team training aligns with future growth goals
Required Qualifications
  • Proven success in an SDR role, preferably in K12 SaaS
  • Experience in mentoring and influencing peers
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, formally or informally
  • External candidates must have prior SDR leadership experience
