Job Summary
Managing a team of Sales Development Representatives, the full-time remote Sales Development Manager will oversee lead generation efforts, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and ensure the success of new client partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Directly manage the inbound and Mid-Market floater team of Sales Development Representatives
- Collaborate with Marketing and Senior Sales Directors to achieve meeting objectives and report on SDR performance
- Onboard and train new SDRs while providing leadership and oversight of daily operations and productivity metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of experience within sales or sales development
- Proven success in managing and developing a lead generation team
- Experience with training and onboarding new team members
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Office Suite
