Job Summary
Seeking a high-performing Sales Development Manager, this fully remote position open to candidates in Austin, Houston, or New York City will focus on driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and collaborating across teams to enhance market presence.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, focusing on territory expansion and market presence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Growth, and Ops teams to address community challenges and implement improvements
- Lead sales initiatives and mentor team members to foster a culture of ethical selling and teamwork
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales development, business development, or account growth roles
- Experience in marketplaces, SaaS, or the experience economy, with a preference for supply-side experience
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Pipedrive or Salesforce, with a strong focus on pipeline management
- Demonstrated ability to build market presence and achieve territory growth
- Leadership experience through direct management or as a mentor or sales trainer
