Job Summary
Leading a high-impact sales-focused team, the remote Sales Development Manager will develop and execute forecasting strategies while coaching outbound Sales Development Representatives to exceed performance metrics and quotas.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage a high-performing SDR team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly metrics
- Collaborate with enablement teams to educate SDRs on identifying and creating qualified opportunities
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and monthly business reviews to improve team performance
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience leading a sales or sales development team in the SaaS or technology sector
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales tools such as Outreach and Gong.io
- Experience in building enablement and onboarding plans in a high-growth environment
- Demonstrated ability to implement successful training programs that enhance SDR growth
- Strong track record of meeting KPIs and collaborating cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
