Job Summary

Leading a team of 7-9 Sales Development Representatives, the full-time remote Sales Development Manager will focus on achieving opportunity and pipeline goals while fostering a winning culture and providing coaching on best practices for prospect engagement.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual opportunity and pipeline goals
  • Support the professional development of SDRs to exceed their quotas
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement areas and coach the team accordingly
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in managing Sales/Sales Development or equivalent leadership roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • 2+ years in a quota-carrying role in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor sales representatives
  • Exceptional prioritization and organization skills
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, Gong, and Slack
