Job Summary
Seeking a motivated individual, the full-time remote Sales Development Manager will build and lead a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives, focusing on recruiting, training, and implementing innovative solutions to drive lead generation and pipeline activities.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create and drive targeted lead follow-up and pipeline generation activities
- Implement outbound calling programs, including targeted campaigns and individual SDR mentorship
- Foster a quality sales pipeline environment while supporting marketing activities such as webinars and trade shows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience (4 years) required
- 2+ years of Sales Development Leadership Experience in the Software/Technology (SaaS) space required
- 2 years prior experience in a closing role (e.g., Account Executive)
- 2+ years of experience analyzing data and developing successful sales prospecting execution plans
- Proven ability to coach and mentor team members effectively
