Job Summary
Managing a team of industry-focused sales development representatives, the full-time Sales Development Manager will drive lead generation, oversee training and development, and ensure goal achievement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team output goals, overseeing lead generation tactics and performance metrics
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for team members, focusing on sales strategies and industry-specific messaging
- Track and report on sales development representative opportunities and performance metrics, ensuring clear communication of achievements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree focused on business development, management, or a related field
- Five years of relevant work experience in the B2B space, with three years in sales management
- Prior team management experience is mandatory
- Extensive experience with business development software applications, with Salesforce and ZoomInfo preferred
- Strong project management and time management skills
